If you feel unsatisfied with your initial results after starting your first trial order, please know that your Curology medical provider is available to help review your concerns and update your treatment plan as needed. Message your medical provider directly here, anytime. Curology is a customizable service, and our team is available to help find the right treatment plan for you.
If you determine you no longer wish to continue with our products and services after discussing with your Curology Provider, we will refund your first trial order. This refund only applies to new subscribers and their first trial box. To request a refund for your first trial box, please email hello@curology.com within 28 days of your shipment’s delivery date.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of any subscription products.
Looking to postpone a shipment to a later date or update the items included in your subscription, instead? Learn how to postpone a shipment here. To change the items included in your next shipment, you can manage your subscription via your Curology dashboard or by emailing our team at least 48 hours ahead of a new shipment. Once a shipment has been processed by our pharmacy, it can no longer be adjusted or postponed.
