Curology’s subscription service does not accept or process returns or exchanges. 

We do not accept any returned products in exchange for a refund nor can they be exchanged for an alternate formula or item.

If you do not wish to receive a shipment please contact our Curology Success team or manually adjust your next order date at least  2 business days before your next order is scheduled to process.

Once an order has been processed (meaning it has been billed and entered our fulfillment queue) it cannot be canceled. 

Your next shipping date is always available on your Orders Page.
