Postponing shipments

Under our subscription model, you’re only billed an invoice when your order is being prepared to ship. This means you can adjust or postpone both your next order and invoice whenever you need to.

Want to postpone your next order?

All changes to an order must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to your next scheduled order. This ensures we have time to process any requests. To push back an order, simply head to your orders page, and from there, you can choose to manage your next scheduled order. 

Once your invoice runs, your order starts processing and the shipment date cannot be altered.

Trying to postpone your orders for an extended period of time?

Please note that your subscription will not pause indefinitely! Your next order will bill automatically on your chosen next order date.
