If you're considering cancelling your subscription for medical reasons, we strongly recommend that you first check in with your medical provider — they would love to hear from you and talk through your concerns. We won’t take your decision personally, so don't be shy!
Not seeing results with your prescription skin medication?
If you’re fewer than 90 days into your membership, your medication may not have had enough time to work with your skin. It can take up to 2-3 months to see how your skin will respond to any prescription medication, including Curology. Before you cancel, please check in with your dermatology provider or our Curology Success team. If that’s the case, you might find these articles helpful:
Not seeing results with your prescription hair medication?
If you’re fewer than 6-12 months into your treatment, your medication may not have had enough time to work with your hair. It’s important to note that temporary shedding of hair may occur within two to six weeks after initiating therapy. This shedding can be expected and may occur because the hair transitions from a resting phase to a growth phase. It is thought that the older hairs are shed to make way for new, healthy hairs. Before you cancel, please check in with your medical provider.

Really want to cancel? It's hassle-free
You can cancel your subscription on your own at any time. Keep in mind that cancelling your subscription after a shipment has been processed will not cancel that shipment.To cancel a shipment that has already been processed, please contact the customer success team and we’d be happy to help! To begin the cancellation process, click 'I want to cancel' at the bottom of your payment page. (You can access your payment page via the dropdown menu when logged in to your Curology account).
This will bring you into our cancellation flow. To help us improve our service moving forward, we will ask you a few follow-up questions before your cancellation is fully submitted. Please continue through the entire cancellation process to fully submit this request. (Note: choosing to pause your subscription at this time will not cancel your subscription, this will instead allow you to postpone your next scheduled shipment with us).
Please allow 2 full business days for your cancellation to be processed. If you are also looking to prevent an upcoming order, you must cancel your subscription at least 2 full business days before that next scheduled order. If you do not cancel your subscription within that timeframe, you will receive and be charged for that next scheduled order. (Your next shipping date can be viewed, anytime, here.)
If you’re looking for something more personal, send our Success team an email and let us know why you’d like to cancel. We can then process this request on your behalf.
No phone call is necessary. After your subscription has been cancelled, we’ll send you an email that confirms your cancellation. If you don’t receive this confirmation, send our Success team an email. We're happy to help you confirm your account has been closed.

Postponing an order?
If you're simply not ready for your next order, head to your orders page to postpone your next order. **Note these changes will apply only to upcoming orders, not orders which have already been purchased.
The date your next invoice & shipment will process is available anytime via your Orders Page.
An order that has already been purchased cannot be cancelled. Once it is purchased it is sent to our team to be prepared. Because of this please adjust your orders or cancel your subscription 2 business days ahead of a new order to ensure these changes can be applied in time.
Canceling or pausing your subscription will not cancel any orders that have already been purchased and sent for processing.
Unsubscribe from our email list
To unsubscribe from Curology email, simply click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails. If you're having trouble locating this link, feel free to send an email to our Curology Success team. They'll be happy to unsubscribe you from future emails.
Important note: If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email, your subscription has not been cancelled. To confirm your cancellation, email us at any time.
Texting our SMS service will not cancel your account. Texting "Stop" will unsubscribe you from SMS alerts. Your subscription will remain active.
