The micellar makeup remover is the first step of your evening routine to effectively remove makeup (including waterproof makeup!), dirt, and other debris before cleansing your face—leaving a clean surface that helps your Custom Formula work more effectively. It can also be used to correct makeup mistakes (think winged eyeliner gone wrong).

The micellar makeup remover is ophthalmologist tested and safe for those with sensitive eyes or contact lenses. Our gentle formula breaks down all eye makeup—even waterproof,—with ease so you don’t have to tug and rub for that fresh face feel.

Although the micellar makeup remover is not customized, it is dermatologist-designed to work with the rest of your Curology routine! 

How do I use the micellar makeup remover?

Use Micellar Makeup Remover as the first step in your cleansing routine to remove makeup before washing your face with the cleanser by Curology. You can also use it as a quick-and-easy cleanser when you’re on the go or are looking for a lighter clean.

Just dampen a cotton pad with the micellar makeup remover and gently wipe over eyes, skin, and lips. Hold on top of waterproof makeup for 3 seconds before wiping away. No need to rinse. 

How do I purchase the micellar makeup remover?

Existing members: If you’re already subscribed to the large bottle of Custom Formula, you can update your subscription to include the micellar makeup remover for an additional $8.00 per shipment (tax will apply where applicable). We are excited to offer you new Curology products that best fit your skincare needs.

What size does it come in? 

When added to your bi-monthly shipments, you will receive a 100mL bottle with each shipment. 

Will this product worsen my acne or cause me to break out? 

The micellar makeup has been tested to be non-comedogenic (that means non-clogging) and non-acnegenic.
