Your custom Curology cream comes in a special bottle that keeps the prescription-strength ingredients inside fresh and potent for as long as possible. Each bottle is designed with an airless pump delivery system, which vacuums your face cream up to the top to dispense it instead of pumping it through a tube or straw.
This design prevents excess oxygen from coming into contact with the mix, protecting the ingredients inside and keeping contaminants out. No clogs, no fuss, more prescription power!
Our bottles come in two sizes. All members get a smaller sized bottle under our free trial. After the trial period, members who sign up for our large custom bottle subscription plan will receive a larger bottle every 60 days; members on our small custom bottle subscription plan will receive a smaller, one-month bottle every 30 days.
Members subscribed to our large custom formula can opt into a selection of Curology products which are shipped alongside the custom formula every 60 days. (Note: You’re free to manage your subscription at any time.)
Tips for using our airless pump bottles:
- You might experience a few empty pumps before the product comes out — this is completely normal for airless dispensing systems. (Some bottles may take up to 10-30 pumps to get going.)
- Sometimes the top of the bottle may be bit loose. To help get it pumping we recommend tightening the top of the bottle and then trying the above tip again. This helps ensure a tight seal on the airless pumping mechanism & should help get your bottle working.
- Don’t try to fully open the bottle! This can damage the airless pumping mechanism. However, when you’re almost out of mix, it's okay to unscrew the silver top and use a Q-tip to get the last drops.
- If you’re not getting any product after 5 pumps (or 10-30 if your bottle has sat unused for a period of time), you should prime the pump. To do this, put the cap on, hold the bottle upside-down, and gently tap the top of the bottle against a flat surface.
