When will my package ship?
Once you sign up and receive your provider’s treatment plan, a trial bottle of your formula should ship out within 1-3 business days (if not sooner).
Your first paid shipment will ship out after your free trial ends. If you want to end your free trial early to receive your next bottle sooner, you’re free to use the 'Buy Now' option to push up your next shipment. (Your next shipment will reschedule to 30 to 60 days after this newly ordered bottle).
Depending on your subscription, your shipments will ship out automatically every 30 or 60 days.
You can view and adjust the date of your next shipment from your shipments page.
If you run out sooner than scheduled, you can always request an earlier shipment. This will push up your next shipment and your next invoice.
How will my package ship?
We ship all of our packages by USPS First Class mail.
When will my next package ship?
Your shipments are scheduled based on your subscription. You can always view your next scheduled shipment via your Shipping Page. That date reflects the date your next invoice will charge and your shipment will be sent to be formulated.
Note: Any changes to this date must be requested or submitted 1-2 business days ahead of time. Invoices run early in the morning and same day changes/cancellations will not apply if the shipment has already been purchased.
When will my package arrive?
Most members get their shipments via USPS within 7-10 business days, if not earlier.
How can I track my shipment?
Check your shipment email or your shipments page for your tracking number! It can often take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after you receive your confirmation email, so please be patient.
If you can't locate your tracking info, email our support team and we'll be happy to locate it for you.

Will managing my subscription adjust my next shipment date?
No. Managing your subscription will adjust the size (and associated cost) of your next shipment and allow you add additional Curology products to future shipments.
To adjust your next shipment date, you must make a change on the shipments page at least 1-2 full business days before your next shipment.
Can I return a shipment?
No, we do not accept returns.
If you do not wish to receive a shipment, please email our support team or adjust the date of that shipment a minimum of 1-2 business days before it is scheduled to ship.
