Your first paid shipment will ship out after your initial free trial has expired. For an exact date, check in on your Shipping Page anytime after your trial bottle has shipped. If you want to end your free trial early to get your next shipment sooner, feel free to email our support team or update your shipping calendar. Moving up your shipping date will also move up that shipment’s invoice.
After your trial, shipments occur automatically every 30 or 60 days, depending on your subscription plan.
Once you are outside of your trial (after your 2nd bottle is shipped) you will have the ability to adjust the date of your next shipment up to 1-2 business days before it is scheduled to ship.
Under our monthly plan, members are shipped our smaller, one-month supply of medication automatically, every 30 days. After each shipment, patients are billed $19.95 + $4.95 for shipping & handling.
Your shipment will not be sent until this invoice has processed, so make sure your payment information is up to date before your next shipment is scheduled.

Under our 2-month plan, members are shipped our larger, two-month supply of medication every 60 days. Members are billed $39.90 per shipment, with no additional cost for shipping & handling.
