Shipping Frequency

Once you sign up and receive your provider’s treatment plan, a trial bottle of your formula should ship out within 3 business days (if not sooner!).

Your first full-sized order will ship30 days after your trial was processed. If you want to receive your next bottle sooner, you can use the 'Buy Now' option to push up your next shipment. (Your next shipment will reschedule to 60 days after this newly ordered bottle).

After your trial period ends, your orders will ship out automatically every 60 days.

You can view and adjust the date of your next shipment from your orders page.

You can view and adjust the products included in your box from your manage subscription page

If you run out sooner than scheduled, you can always request an earlier shipment. This will push up your next shipment and your next invoice. 


How will my package ship?

We ship all of our packages via DHL & USPS First Class mail.


When will my next package ship?

You can always view your next scheduled order via your Orders Page. That date reflects the date your next invoice will charge and your order will be sent to be formulated.

Note: Any changes to this date must be requested or submitted 2 business days ahead of time. Invoices run early in the morning and same-day changes/cancellations will not apply if the order has already been purchased.


Does Curology ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, Curology can ship to P.O. Boxes. So long as the box is located in the state you are living in, we are happy to ship to you there. 

If you're on a custom bottle-only plan our boxes are approximately 6" x 4" and about 1-2" tall, fitting in most boxes. 

If you're on a plan which includes our large bottle of your personalized formula alongside any additional Curology products our boxes are approximately  6 1/4" X 8 1/4" X 1 3/4" for the trial shipment. A full-sized box including additional products can range in size from  7 5/16" X 7 5/16" X 1 3/4" to 8 1/4" X 7 3/4" X 2 1/8". 

Please know we do not ship to forwarding services or internationally, which at this time this includes APO/FPO addresses.  


Will managing my subscription adjust my next shipment date?

No. Managing your subscription will allow you to adjust the Curology products in your subscription box for future shipments.

To adjust your next shipment date, you must make a change on the orders page at least 2 business days before your next shipment.
