We take patient privacy and security very seriously. We use the information you share with us to help provide you with a customized experience from when you start interacting with us to providing you your own personalized treatment plan.

In addition, we understand the importance of securing your information and are continuously implementing and updating our administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information. For example, we use firewalls to monitor and control our network traffic, encryption to secure our data transmissions, and cryptographic hash functions to store or share certain data.

Photo privacy

In order to provide you with treatment, you are required to upload photos so that our providers can properly diagnose any conditions you may have. These photos become part of your medical record and are kept confidential. Any photos or videos you see of other Curology members on our website or social media pages are posted by the members themselves or are taken specifically for marketing purposes with the members’ consent. No private photos or information will ever be posted by Curology.

Deleting photos

As with any medical record, we can’t alter your medical history by removing photos. Rest assured that as a medical practice, we take patient privacy and security very seriously. All patient files are securely stored and private.
