Please read carefully to prevent delays in your prescription:

*   We need your legal name & correct date of birth in order to submit the prescription to your pharmacy.
    
*   The pharmacy will **not** contact you unless you are an established patient and signed up to receive pharmacy notifications. Therefore, please contact the pharmacy before you make the trip to make sure the medication is ready for pickup, if you’ve opted for a local pharmacy.
    
*   For InnovaScript customers, please watch for an email from account@order.innovascript.com with a link to set up your patient portal account and pay online (be sure to check your spam or junk folder). You can also pay by phone at (877) 261-5101, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm ET. For more details, see our InnovaScript article.
    
*   Local pharmacy selections must be in the same state that your medical provider is licensed in.
