Whether you're recently married or your name on file was entered incorrectly, we're happy to help ensure your name on file is legally correct. Curology is a prescription medication, so your legal name is required to receive treatment.

While you cannot update this information on your own, our Curology Success team is happy to help. Simply [**email our Curology Success team**](mailto:hello@curology.com) directly from the email associated with your account.
