HSA/FSA cards

Your Curology purchases may be eligible for payment by your FSA/HSA. Products such as the Custom FormulaRx, Deep CleanseRx, DayPrimeRx, Body CleanseRx, Acne Body Wash, Hydro+ Daily Moisturizing Broad Spectrum SPF 30, Daily Moisturizing Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF 30, and The Lip Balm (broad-spectrum SPF 30) may be eligible. If you have questions about the eligibility of your purchase, the best thing to do is to contact your plan administrator.

If your FSA/HSA card is not accepted, we recommend you use a credit or debit card to complete your sign-up & review your eligibility with your plan administrator for future invoices.

Once your account is created and the initial shipping fee goes through, you can add your FSA/HSA card to your account. After this, all future charges can be processed to your FSA/HSA card. 


Itemized Receipts
To view and download an itemized receipt to share with your HSA/FSA provider, head to your orders page anytime after your order is purchased. The option to ‘View Receipt’ is available under all past orders. From there you can download or print the receipt as you prefer.

Health Insurance
We provide exceptional value for our members by including medical consultations, messaging, and shipments of your customized medication for one simple price, but we do not accept insurance. 

If your prescription includes oral medication along with your topical prescription, these medications are covered by most insurance plans and will be filled at your local pharmacy or mailed to your house via InnovaScript.
