Age Limit

We do not treat acne patients under 13 years old.

For patients between the ages of 13 and 18, parental consent is required. For these patients, treatment occurs in collaboration with the patient's parent or guardian.

After signing up, members between the ages of 13 and 18 will be required to include a parent or guardian’s name, email, and phone number and in some states a photo of their parent or guardian’s ID.

Other skin conditions

We limit our telemedicine practice to the diagnosis and treatment of acne, rosacea, and anti-aging concerns at this time.

We currently don’t treat skin conditions like eczema, vitiligo, psoriasis, or seborrheic dermatitis. To get advice and treatment for these conditions, we encourage you to find a board-certified dermatologist nearby at www.aad.org/find-a-derm.
