Curology doesn’t have a Customer Support phone line. Instead, we can answer any questions about your subscription to Curology, over email at firstname.lastname@example.org. It’s the quickest and easiest way to contact us!
To allow us to handle your concern promptly, be sure you are messaging us from the email associated with your Curology account. If you are unsure what email that may be, please include your full name and shipping address.
For Patient Support (meaning medical questions or concerns), please submit an updated consultation to your Curology medical provider.
When will I hear back?
We aren’t open 24/7. However, our medical providers are committed to answering any message within 24-48 hours (if not sooner) during the week and within 72 hours on weekends and holidays.
Because Curology doesn’t handle medical emergencies, it’s very important that you be seen and evaluated promptly if you have urgent concerns. If you feel you need a faster response than we can give you via our messaging system, we recommend that you contact your primary care provider and/or go to your nearest urgent care center or emergency room.
If an emergency does happen, please message your Curology provider, so that appropriate follow-up can be planned.
