Messaging your dermatology provider
For any medical questions, contact your medical provider directly via your Curology account. Our web interface also allows you to securely upload photos at any time. Uploading photos without a message will not alert your medical provider. If you would like your providers to review new photos, please submit them via a new message.
If you have trouble getting in contact with your provider, don't hesitate to send an email to our Curology Success team and they'll be happy to help.
While you cannot retake your initial skin quiz, you can submit a new consultation with updated information and photos, anytime. Click here to reach out to your Curology Provider.
When will I hear back from my medical provider?
Our medical providers are committed to answering any message within 24-48 hours (if not sooner) during the week and within 72 hours on weekends and holidays.
Because Curology does not handle medical emergencies, it’s very important that you be seen and evaluated promptly if you have urgent concerns. If you feel you need a faster response than we can give you via our messaging system, we recommend that you contact your primary care provider and/or go to your nearest urgent care center or emergency room.
If an emergency does happen, please message your Curology provider, so that appropriate follow-up can be planned.
