Messaging your provider
For any medical questions, message your provider directly through your account.
It can take our providers 24-48 hours to respond during the week, and up to 72 hours over the weekends or holidays (though they do work hard to reply sooner when possible!).
If you have trouble getting in contact with your provider, don't hesitate to send an email to our support team and they'll be happy to raise the issue with your provider ASAP.
Note that we can’t handle urgent cases or medical emergencies. If you require immediate medical attention, please see your in-person provider or local urgent care facility immediately.
