How soon will support get back to me?

Email is the best way to get in touch with us, and we aim to answer every email within 72 hours (this response time is currently delayed beyond our usual average due to increased volume), if not sooner. Each response comes directly from our team. We promise to get back to you as soon as we can. To help us resolve your questions ASAP include the full name, email address, and shipping address associated with your account.
