How to upload new photos
New pictures can be uploaded to your account at any time. Many members find that this a great way to visually track their progress.
If you're uploading photos for your provider to review, make sure to message your provider. This notifies him or her that you have new photos to review.
Uploading photos alone won’t automatically notify your provider. This is because many members upload photos to track progress and aren’t looking for feedback on every photo.
Trouble uploading photos?
Our 3-step troubleshooting guide:
- If you’re uploading from your phone or mobile device, make sure you are on your phone's web browser, not an internal web browser in another app like Facebook or Instagram.
- If your progress bar never seems to finish on one or more photos, refresh the page and upload each photo one at a time.
- Make sure your photos are at least 300x300pixels
- If steps 1 - 3 don’t help, email our support team and they’ll help you troubleshoot from there.
Trouble with your magic link?
If you have trouble receiving or using your 'Magic Link' during sign up, simply head to https://curology.com/photos via your phone's mobile browser, where you’ll be prompted to upload your photos. If this doesn't help, email our support team for additional assistance.
Sharing your results
Our photo upload page also offers the option to create your own “before & after” post from the photos on your account. Just visit the photo upload screen to create your own today! If you want to show your success on social media, we'd love to see them. Use the tags #Curology or #CurologyJourney.
