Shipping frequency

Shipments are sent out every 30 days or 60 days, depending on your chosen plan.

Your first paid shipment will ship out after your initial free trial period has ended. For an exact date, check in on your Shipping Page anytime after your trial bottle has shipped. If you want to end your free trial early to get your next shipment sooner, feel free to email our support team or update your shipping calendar. Moving up your shipping date will also move up that shipment’s invoice.

After your trial, shipments occur automatically every 30 or 60 days, depending on your subscription plan.

Once you are outside of your trial (after your 2nd bottle is shipped) you will have the ability to adjust the date of your next shipment up to 1-2 business days before it is scheduled to ship.

Shipments of our small custom bottle

Under our small custom bottle subscription plan, members are shipped a smaller bottle of medication automatically, every 30 days. After each shipment, patients are billed $19.95 + $4.95 for shipping & handling. 

Your shipment will not be sent until this invoice has processed, so make sure your payment information is up to date before your next shipment is scheduled.

Shipments of our large custom bottle 

Under our large custom bottle subscription plan, members are shipped a larger bottle of medication every 60 days. Members are billed $39.90* per shipment of their custom formula, with no additional cost for shipping & handling.  

Alongside our large custom bottle, members can add in a selection of Curology products designed by our team to fit well into any routine. To learn more about these products and their pricing head here. To add these products to your box head to the Manage Subscription page on your Curology account.
