Need to update your payment information?

Simply head to your payment screen to update your payment method, anytime.

If you'd like confirmation that your payment method has been updated or that a payment has been processed, message our Curology Success team. They'll be happy to help.


Forms of payment

To set up your Curology subscription, you’ll need to enter a credit, debit card, or PayPal account.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept select HSA (Health Savings Accounts) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards for shipments sent after your trial period. However, this varies based on your HSA/FSA provider, so you may need to confirm that Curology qualifies under your plan.

We don’t accept prepaid cards.


Note: Updates must be submitted 1-2 full business days before your next scheduled shipment to apply to an upcoming invoice.
