If you're considering cancelling for medical reasons, we strongly recommend that you first check in with your medical provider — he or she would love to hear from you and talk through your concerns. We won’t take your decision personally, so don't be shy!

Common concerns

If you’re fewer than 90 days into your membership, your medication may not have had enough time to work with your skin. It can take up to 2-3 months to see how your skin will react to any prescription medication, including Curology. Before you cancel, please check in with your provider or our Curology Success team. Message your provider

Really want to cancel? It's hassle-free

You can cancel your account on your own at any time. To begin the cancellation process, click 'I want to cancel' at the bottom of your payment page. (You can access your payment page via the dropdown menu when logged in to your Curology account).

This will bring you into our cancellation flow. To help us improve our service moving forward, we will ask you a few follow-up questions before your cancellation is fully submitted. Please continue through the entire cancellation process to fully submit this request. (Note: choosing to pause your account at this time will not cancel your account, this will instead allow you to postpone your next scheduled shipment with us).

If you’re looking for something more personal, send our Success team an email and let them know why you’d like to cancel. We can then process this request on your behalf.

No phone call is necessary. After your account has been cancelled and your subscription has been deactivated, we’ll send you an email that confirms your cancellation. If you don’t receive this confirmation, send our Success team an email. We're happy to help you confirm your account has been closed.

Postponing a Shipment?

A shipment that has already been purchased cannot be cancelled. Once it is purchased it is sent to our lab to be formulated. Because of this please adjust your shipments or cancel your account 2 business days ahead of a new shipment to ensure these changes can be applied in time.

The date your next invoice & shipment will process is available anytime via your Shipping Page.

If you're simply not ready for your next shipment, head to your shipping page to postpone your next shipment. **Note these changes will apply only to upcoming shipments, not shipments which have already been purchased.

Canceling or pausing your account will not cancel any shipments that have already been purchased and sent for processing.

Unsubscribe from our email list

To unsubscribe from Curology email, simply click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails. If you're having trouble locating this link, feel free to send an email to our Curology Success team. They'll be happy to unsubscribe you from future emails. 

Important note: If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email, your account has not been cancelled. To confirm your cancellation, email us at any time. 

Texting our SMS service will not cancel your account. Texting "Stop" will unsubscribe you from SMS alerts. Your account will remain active.
