As a member, you have many ways of customizing your box. Payments are made per-shipment for all boxes. Shipments are automatically scheduled and shipped based on your chosen bottle size, but you’ll also be able to reschedule your upcoming shipments and charges after your free trial. Questions? Free trial offer

We're currently offering a free trial of your recommended routine to all new members! This includes a trial-size of your custom formula, plus other products picked for your skin goals. You’ll be able to add or remove these products from your free trial before you place your order. The trial is free—just pay the cost of shipping and handling ($4.95 + tax if applicable).
After your trial, you’ll transition to our full-size products. Your box will include your trial box products by default, but you’ll have the option of adding or removing those products from your box any time (we recommend making changes 1–2 business days before your next scheduled shipment, or earlier). These changes will apply to future shipments*.

The cleanser and moisturizer set: 

Includes our clog-free cleanser and your choice between the moisturizer and the rich moisturizer.

The cleanser and moisturizer set, acne body wash, and emergency spot patches are only available with a large custom formula subscription and cannot be purchased separately. If you switch to the small custom formula subscription, you will lose the option to include these products.
Each subscription bills by shipment. The minimum commitment is $19.95/mo + $4.95 shipping and handling and tax when applicable. If a shipping date is adjusted, the associated billing date will also be adjusted. We'll automatically charge your payment information on file when your shipment processes. Adjustments must be submitted before that shipment is processed and billed

What's Included?

Membership covers everything, including shipments of your custom formula every 30 or 60 days, depending on your chosen bottle size. You also receive a free provider consultation credit each time you get a fresh Curology shipment. These credits are good for starting one-on-one medical conversations with your provider. Your card on file will be charged the same date your shipment is scheduled to process. Once your card has been charged successfully, your formula is shipped out to you within 1-3 business days (if not sooner). 
If you’d like to change your payment information or cancel, you can do so at any time via your Payment Page. Canceling after a shipment has been billed will not cancel a pending shipment. Once a shipment has been processed (the bill is processed and it enters our queue), it cannot be canceled. Please cancel a full 1-2 business days ahead of a shipment if you no longer wish to receive it.
If you run out of your custom formula early, you can request an earlier shipment. Similarly, if you find that you have extra cream, you can postpone a shipment from that same page. 
Note: this option is only available once you're outside of the trial period.
After your trial ends, adjusting your next shipment from the shipping calendar will move your next invoice to that date. Once your charge is processed, your shipment will be ordered and shipped out within 1-3 business days (if not sooner). 
Curology accounts cannot be created on behalf of someone else, and we do not currently offer any gifting or gift card options.

* Adjustments made to a bundle after payment has been made and a shipment is in our bottle formulation queue will not alter your current shipment. It will apply to your next scheduled invoice/shipment.
