Return policy

Curology does not accept or process returns or exchanges. 

We do not accept any returned bottles, cleansers or moisturizers in exchange for a refund nor can they be exchanged for an alternate formula.

If you do not wish to receive a shipment please contact our Curology Success team or manually adjust your next shipping date 2 business days before your next shipment is scheduled to process.

To ensure you have time to request these changes and be alerted before a shipment processes, opt into our pre-shipment text alerts via your Account Settings

Once a shipment has processed (meaning it has been billed and entered our formulation queue) it cannot be cancelled. 

Your next shipping date is always available on your Shipping Page.
