We do not accept any returned bottles, cleansers or moisturizers in exchange for a refund nor can they be exchanged for an alternate formula.
To ensure you have time to request these changes and be alerted before a shipment processes, opt into our pre-shipment text alerts via your Account Settings.
Once a shipment has processed (meaning it has been billed and entered our formulation queue) it cannot be cancelled.
